This character LoRA was created for Krea 2 and focuses on reproducing Shadowheart’s recognizable face, expressions, pointed ears, dark eye makeup, circlet, clothing, and armor.
The LoRA has learned both major appearance variants:
Short black hair with choppy bangs
Silver-white hair styled in a loose braid
It works particularly well for cinematic fantasy scenes, realistic game-style renders, portraits, emotional close-ups, medieval environments, armor, leather clothing, and adventuring scenes. Different poses, actions, outfits, perspectives, and camera distances are also possible.

Prompting
For her original dark-haired appearance:
SHBG3, adult half-elf woman with short black hair and blunt bangs, silver circlet with a dark gemstoneFor her silver-haired appearance:
SHBG3, adult half-elf woman with silver-white hair styled in a loose braid, pointed ears, silver circlet with a dark gemstoneYou can then add the desired clothing, action, pose, expression, environment, lighting, and camera perspective.
The LoRA responds well to:
Medieval armor and chainmail
Leather camp clothing
Dresses and casual clothing
Sitting, walking, kneeling, running, and action poses
Portraits, close-ups, full-body compositions, and environmental shots
Forests, camps, taverns, ruins, cities, and indoor scenes
Dark-haired and silver-haired character variations
Serious, thoughtful, vulnerable, and emotional expressions
Photorealistic Results
Photorealistic human interpretations are possible, and several tests preserved her face surprisingly well while presenting her as a believable real person.
For realistic results, use simple photographic language such as:
SHBG3, candid photograph of a real adult woman, natural skin texture, visible pores, realistic clothing, available daylight, documentary photographyEveryday environments, contemporary clothing, natural poses, and restrained lighting generally provide the strongest realistic results.
Because the training material is based primarily on video-game character renders, some generations may retain a CGI or game-graphics appearance. Photorealism is therefore possible but not equally consistent across every prompt and seed. More elaborate fantasy clothing, armor, magical effects, and dramatic environments tend to strengthen the original game-rendered aesthetic.
The first showcase images represent the strongest results. I will also include additional test images in the comments, including examples that retain more of the CGI and game-like appearance, so you can see the LoRA’s full range and current limitations.
Tested Settings
Base model: Krea 2
Aspect ratio: 1:1
Resolution: approximately 2 megapixels
Activation tag:
SHBG3LoRA strength: adjust according to the desired balance between character identity and stylistic freedom
Have fun experimenting with different outfits, poses, expressions, environments, and realism levels.

I hope you do Karlach, Lae'zel and Minthara in Krea2 too.
Thats what i planed xD. But need way more time to collect a perfect dataset for them :-)
@Astroburner Awesome! Looking forward to it.
The dataset is finished for Karlach, Lae'zel and Minthara. Now I need to train them in there LoRA. lets hope for the best!
Genuinely surprised at how good and well made this lora is. very easy to prompt for, and looks really close to the style of the game.
I used synthetic dataset and via the ingame photo mode to take great screenshots
