HennaMark — Henna & Mehndi Body Art Patterns
Adds authentic henna/mehndi-style body art patterns to your Illustrious generations. The LoRA produces intricate mandala, floral, and paisley designs on skin — the kind you see at Indian weddings, festivals, and cultural celebrations. NOT permanent tattoos — these are the organic, warm-toned temporary patterns that define mehndi art.
HOW TO USE
Trigger word: hennamark
The trigger word activates henna patterns on exposed skin. More visible skin = more patterns. The LoRA favors hands, arms, upper back, and shoulders — traditional henna placement areas.
For targeted placement, combine with body part tags:
"hennamark, hand_focus, hands" — classic bridal mehndi on hands
"hennamark, bare_back, from_behind" — elaborate back patterns
"hennamark, bare_shoulders" — shoulder and upper arm designs
"hennamark, bare_legs, thighs" — leg and thigh patterns
"hennamark" alone — LoRA decides placement based on visible skinSTRENGTH GUIDE
Lite (0.4-0.6): Subtle patterns — small mandala accents on 1-2 body areas. Good for "hint of henna" looks.Standard (0.6-0.8): Clear mehndi — visible intricate patterns on hands, arms, back. The sweet spot for authentic henna.Full (0.8-1.0): Heavy coverage — elaborate patterns across multiple body areas. At 1.0, patterns become very bold and may shift toward a tattoo aesthetic. Use with care.Recommended: 0.8 for clear, authentic henna patterns.
WORKS WITH
- Bridal, festival, cultural celebration scenes
- Beach, bedroom, bath, and intimate settings
- All skin tones (darker skin shows henna more naturally, but works on pale skin too)
- All hair colors, body types, and compositions
- Solo, couple, and group scenes
- Both SFW (portraits, fashion) and NSFW (nude, intimate)
- Compatible with other LoRAs (styles, characters)
- Works especially well with Indian/South Asian aesthetic tags (sari, jewelry, gold, bridal)
SCENE IDEAS
1. Bridal mehndi — hands close-up with gold jewelry, sari, wedding setting
2. Back reveal — from_behind nude/bare_back in bedroom or onsen
3. Belly dancer — midriff, bare_shoulders, arabian/indian outfit with henna accents
4. Beach day — bikini with henna visible on legs, arms, hands
5. Morning after — intimate bedroom scene, henna patterns on rumpled sheets
6. Elegant evening — strapless dress showing shoulder/back henna at a formal event
7. Stretching/yoga — athletic scene with henna visible on raised arms
TIPS
1. Body part tags control placement — "hand_focus" gets palm/back-of-hand mehndi, "bare_back" gets spine/shoulder patterns
2. Darker skin tones show henna more naturally — add "dark_skin, dark-skinned_female" for classic look
3. The LoRA excels at mandala and floral patterns — these are the most common and authentic henna designs
4. Lighting matters — warm lighting enhances the warm brown tone of henna
5. At strength 1.0+ patterns may shift from henna to permanent tattoo aesthetic — keep at 0.8 for authentic mehndi
6. Pair with "jewelry, gold_bracelet, gold_necklace" for the complete bridal henna look
7. Works great with cultural outfit tags: sari, indian_clothes, arabian_clothes
