Ever since Stable Diffusion 1.5 dropped, I've been having a tough time generating normal, modern mustaches on men. Every time I typed "mustache," the AI would whip up a vintage-style 'stache with the curled ends, like it's straight outta the 1850s. The struggle is real, especially when it comes to the AI understanding modern mustache styles on any trained model. So, I took matters into my own hands and trained a LoRA on about 10 different realistic men rocking the modern chevron-style mustaches, and I'm kinda pleased with how it turned out, so I decided to share it with you guys.
Just a heads up, I'm not a professional LoRA trainer, so don't expect it to be flawless. Aim for a strength setting between 0.6-0.7. It works best with DPM++ 2M Karras, as Euler might glitch or censor celebrity faces. Feel free to use this LoRA for whatever you want, and if you're up for it, improve it further through more training. Cheers!

This is an excellent helper with facial hair. If you would ever be inclined, other styles of facial hair (like pencil moustaches, which it usually interprets as including actual pencils, or the concept of a patch and stache, which it simply cannot seem to comprehend) would be eagerly embraced!
I could try training a LoRA based on pencil mustaches when I've got some free time. However, to make it happen, I'd need a solid list of celebrities or models rocking those pencil mustaches for training data – someone like Johnny Depp, for instance. Any suggestions or contributions to the list would be awesome.
@ViqX dick dastardly would be puuuurfect!!!
CANNOT give enough thanks. Even beards were giving me this, every single time, and it's a personal pet peeve of mine so I HATED having to see it. You've saved my brain a great deal of stress!
Would be cool if you could do more stache and beard styles!
