I don't expect it to work well in T2V because of the way it was trained. I'll do another T2V training run if this gets enough attention.

Seems to work well in most cases. However, I reckon about a third of my vids generated go a cold blue colour after a couple of seconds. I haven't had this happen with any other LoRas. Also, maybe one in five vids has text appear right over the top of the person.

yeah same problem here. the training set must have included a weird blue title screen overlay. really unfortunate because it's otherwise effective, but it's a waste of money to run prompts with this lora

@bennyboy_77 @sportsupyours847 @morszhang I'm unable to reproduce these problems. Can you tell me more about your setup? I've only tested this on I2V using the embedded workflow btw.

@rollpollution193 happens for me with both T2V and I2V, using Wan2.2 A14B Lightning 8 steps, cfg 1, 1280x720 and 720x1280 are my dimensions but I haven't tried other sizes. lora strength 1 for high and low

@sportsupyours847 Okay. Thanks for the feedback. I'm definitely confused with the I2V behavior. I have not experienced it with my generations. It seems we're using the same setup too. Please post the output with workflow if possible. It'll help me iterate.

For T2V, I need to collect more data. Lets see if this gets enough attention, I'll do a separate training run for it.

@rollpollution193 I'll try to post an example tonight. The good news is, if you reduce the lora weights to about 0.75 the problem goes away without losing any of the action

Yes can confirm, this LoRA has a tendency of sometimes going to a blue or green screen with a logo on it, like an old windows movie maker transition. Def. something odd in the dataset. Alternatively it sometimes shifts the colorimetry of the image slightly toward the green or blue.

Works amazingly well in I2V. I made a few complex prompts with the girl licking her lips while putting on lipstick and it's just perfect. Wan2.2 is damn impressive and your LoRA is really good and fills a missing niche, thanks!

It mostly works, but it does seem to have some weird issues under some condiitons: notably there is the aforemention tendancy towards a blue white lighting color cast, and additionally, I've seen a strong lined effect that causes things like striped shirts, fences or blinds both behind of and in front of the character, other things that would make sense if you forced criss crossing stripes into the noise. I've not seen this with any other LoRA's, but I do like the concept here!

Same blue screen issue. Sometimes it converts the video to a sea of water with random objects. If I lower strength to 0.7 as other suggested, it does help, but it still dims the color.

I've noticed that on lower resolution outputs, it has no issue. But when you scale it up to like 1080p, it happens all the time.
