There seems to be issues with her "blue tabard" generating so that isn't working properly and just generates the straps holding it up rather than the thing itself
I'll have to look into that at some point but her default outfit, bikini, casual/black undergarments and ponytail seem to work reasonably well
Sleeves on the casual outfit are a little bit funky but I think I know what's causing that one so it should be an easier fix
