New Anti-Feature: Model names are capped to 100 characters.

Saw this when I went to edit something and thought it was new. Checked git and it seems to have been deliberately added.

While longer names never really displayed correctly, it's annoying since truncated data still contributed to search, and I did make a point of including Japanese names of characters and series where they existed. I got the impression that it worked because a decent chunk of my followers are Japanese (8.4% according to Creator Studio, the second largest after the 27.4% from US). Several other prolific model makers, many of them native speakers, also include Japanese names and are now forced to pick which one to include in the model title.

Also model names show the current character count, but article titles, which have been capped for much longer, do not. Classic Civitai uneven design.
