Model generator still a ripoff and taking your yellow buzz where it can too

UPDATE: Resolved for now, hoping they fix it for good. I put in the ticket for this Friday night, 10/23, 'bout the same time I wrote this article. They refunded me both the lora tagging buzz and the yellow buzz for the lora about mid day today (10/27), so I'm pretty pleased with how it was handled and response time. This bears repeating, but good customer service and making things right buys you lots of good will and patience for past and future issues. Ok, whelp, technicals:
An hour and a half into training, a preview sample was rated mature, that switched the charge to yellow (not expected behavior, submitted as a bug, and I would expect this to happen alot). For your info (if this happens again, and sounds like it already is for other people), it would have to have been the one sample where the character is wearing some low cut evening wear, as I said originally, you could make a PG-13 argument for the lora and pic but a stretch for mature, prompts for this sample were:
jewelry, 1girl, blue eyes, solo, earrings, dress, blonde hair, smile, necklace, candle, red dress, looking at viewer, flower, red nails, open mouth, official art, best quality, sitting, drinking glass, cup, night, nail polish, bracelet, sky, sleeveless dress, indoors, table, makeup, chair, lipstick, red lips, long hair, highres, fingernails, candlestand, blush, red gem, bare shoulders, castle, gold bracelet, red flower, sleeveless, evening dress, date, dinner, sunset, hands on own face, hand on own cheek
Original article:
I was going to make this an article about my life and news, but the model trainer is still enough of a cluster I feel it needs its own article. This site continues its decline. Also disputing the rating too.
And ya know, I prefer to talk about other things. I do, I really do. But the fact that this is article 4 in a row about how this site is broken (I would argue, intentionally, for the purposes of buzz nickle and diming), well, that's really its own answer as to where things are going, isn't it?
I've written before about how the trainer charges buzz for autotagging though its billed expressly as free, opened a ticket, got that refunded. Well here it is again today.
The double 16 buzz charge I'm familiar, but I also saw it bill me 2 and 5 here. I was not doing anything else on the site.
In addition, if there's an R-rated image in your set, like a bikini, you're not creating a model without yellow:
Now, I disagree vehemently with this, but I can understand it at least. So I removed the images, and it let me do it in blue. I'm not doing anything especially tricksy with this lora, you can make an argument its PG-13 but nothing that wouldn't fly on local cable.
There's the charge. And you see where 2 hours later, they "refund" me. Only problem is without having any opt-in, opt-out, it decides, nah, just kidding, pay me yellow instead.
Now civitai chalks an awful lot up to incompetence, but I really feel like this is malicious greed. Be aware. Needless to say I'm not touching the trainer again, and on nothing that would require effort until I'm dumb enough to think they have it "fixed". Have submitted yet another ticket for the tagging buzz, and for the bait and switch yellow charge, which I find REALLY offensive.
If I am going to spend buzz, I will click the button and agree to do so. If I need more reasons to not sink money or time in, these are plenty. I CAN'T trust a site that behaves this way even for low stakes transactions.
