You have a picture and you want one thing changed. FIBO 2.0 Edit does that from a plain sentence, and Forge Neo cannot load it by itself. So we made a small free extension that adds it. Load the model, put your picture in img2img, write what you want, and press Generate. The model needs only 4 steps.

What it does. The extension adds a FIBO 2.0 Edit panel to the img2img tab. The picture in the img2img box is picture 1. You can add up to 4 more pictures in the panel, for example a person in picture 1 and a jacket in picture 2. Write the edit as plain text, like make the car red, or as a JSON caption if you want exact control.

Edit one thing. Say what should change and nothing else. Make the car red. Put the woman in a warm evening light. Turn the whole picture into a black and white photo.

Use more than one picture. Picture 1 is the one you change. Pictures 2 to 5 are extra material the model can use, such as a jacket, a hat or a place. Write which picture you mean, for example the person in picture 1 wears the jacket from picture 2.

Change only one area. Paint a mask on picture 1 in the img2img inpaint tab. The model changes the painted area. The whole picture is drawn again, so the area outside the mask can change a little in detail and colour. A mask works with one picture only.

Set up in one click. Press Recommended settings. It sets Euler, Simple, 4 steps, CFG 1 and the right size for picture 1. If you do not pick a text encoder and a VAE, the extension finds them in your model folders and says which file is missing. A Check button shows the status of the panel.

Safe with other models. The extension does nothing when another model is loaded. If a problem happens, the panel shows one clear line and Forge keeps working. If the VAE you picked is the wrong one, the extension says so and stops before it makes a bad picture.

Install. Put the folder sd-forge-fibo-edit into the extensions folder of Forge Neo and start Forge Neo again. You need three files from the model's maker: the FIBO 2.0 Edit checkpoint (GGUF or bf16), a Qwen3-VL 4B text encoder, and the FLUX.2 VAE. The extension does not include them.

How long it takes. On an RTX 5090 one picture took about 18 seconds, two pictures about 22 seconds and five pictures about 95 seconds. We have not tested cards with little VRAM yet.

Tested on. Forge Neo neo-2.31 on a fresh copy, RTX 5090, Windows. One to five pictures, a painted mask, a JSON caption, a batch of 2, switching to another model and back.

Good to know. The model works well around 1 megapixel. Very large pictures can lose detail. The extension is made for the FIBO 2.0 Edit Turbo model only.

Licence. The extension is free for non-commercial use (CC BY-NC 4.0), the same kind of licence as the model. For business use, ask the maker of the model.
