A better image board suggestion V2

Reasoning
I've recently made a similar proposal, but I over complicated things, and the community was quick to point out how I was wrong provide good feedback. Joking aside, it was good feedback. CivitAI often has buzz on the brain, and so I tried to include it in my previous idea, and I realize that was a mistake. Many people simply want the people who will enjoy what they make to see it. Including other incentives on an image board will detract from this goal. To achieve this goal I'd like to suggest an official community image board be created.
The official Community Board
Participation is not mandatory. With almost no incentive other than exposure, the main users of this board will use it to display a small number of their best images to get noticed. This should result in above average image quality on this image board.
Each person can submit 1 image a day to this board, and images will remain on the board for 3 days. This will keep the pool of images small and always changing.
Images can only be submitted to the board once. Browsing this image board would be less enjoyable if the same few images are continually re-posted.
Content on this board will not be restricted. If it's allowed on CivitAI it's allowed to be posted to this image board. The site's content filter will be used to hide images that people do not want to see. civitai.com will only show images suited to that site, and civitai.red will show all images a person's content filter will allow.
This image board will be displayed in a prominent position on the main page. Everyone using the site should know it exists and be able to easily find it.
Images on this board are displayed to the viewer at random. This way exposure is fair and equally distributed.
The result
Objectively a better image board could be curated, but such a board will always exclude people and not represent the whole CivitAI community. The image board created by this proposal will contain images that are above average quality. This image board will be a representation of what this community actually is. It will include all tastes and preferences so that everyone can find what they are looking for. It will be a manageable list of images that contains a small "sample" of many people's art. If people like an image they can visit someone's profile for more. If they do not like an image it's not a big deal because there are not many more like it preventing them from finding what they are looking for.
