Models I checked "intended to depict a minor" myself locked to the same settings by mod?

I went to update the description of my Teena Keene (PreTeena) LoRA and saw it got locked to intended to depict a minor even though it launched with that checkbox already checked by my hand. Looking at my recent LoRAs, my Anima ports of Zatanna and Eri models also got that status even though I had already set it on them myself.

Not sure why this is a thing. As far as I know it doesn't hurt me, but it is seriously strange.

Edit (August 28th): Had this happen again with my new Elsie-Dee model. This one may have been in response to a support ticket that a site bug failed to save the checkmark and was preventing me from applying it, but the bug was resolved before the model was published and I manually ticked it.

Edit (September 8th): This edit to the site's source implies moderators can set the flag from the model card (e.g., in the listing of models under browse by newest). Were these a case of a mod going through LoRA list and ticking everything based on thumbnail? Other code edits have implied the "minor" tag I see on the cards is visible to mods, so its not like they can't see it already has the flag.
