Support not responding.

Did anyone submit a support ticket this week and not get a response from admin?

I sent a support ticket ticket Tuesday about a glitch that wiped out most of my gold/buzz on the Knights of new Order. And still I've received no response.
And I've heard that others have experienced the same glitch, and are also getting no response from support for other issues in general.

Just wanted some extra confirmation.
