A very bad support

I file a issue some of my models not showing at all mostly my indomimus rex model in my page or the model section, guess what the ticket staff just dont give a fuck anymore about it and just left my open tickets unresponsive, furthermore the site is just going to die and rot in hell anyway since the staff dont care about responding about known model vanishing issue.
