'Waiting for review' issue

Many of my posts are 'waiting for review' which never comes. This is unacceptable. Especially when making a LoRA or other model, I expect that the cherry picked examples i put in front, are those that are show to the users. Randomly having some of the worse images being set to the front view of my models suck, and not showing all of the images i posted when using others' models also sucks.

At least implement a feature to be able to request review. Reordering a post to trigger the review, and then reordering back is a bad workflow.
