Buying/Licensing Models and Loras

I'm thinking about starting a business to support myself making more content. But I don't want to step on those creator's toes that spent the time and resources training their base models and Loras. I'd want to retain ownership over whatever I make with it, and am willing to pay for the privilege.

So I'm curious, those of you that are creators - what's a fair asking price for a model? How about a Lora? Would you be put off if I send a request to license one of your creations? Let me know! Feel free to send me a PM if you want.
