Using a Reference Image?

I was playing around with creating images based off a reference image with pretty good results on copilot and chat gpt. However, it’s a pain not knowing when I hit my limit, so is there a method to do something like that on civitai? I know there’s the image to image option, but that just changes the appearance rather than change the person’s position or what angle they are viewed at
