Often referred to as a "scream queen," she has captivated audiences with her performances in various cult classics and mainstream horror movies.

Katharine gained widespread recognition for her role as Ginger Fitzgerald in the cult horror film "Ginger Snaps" (2000) and its sequels, "Ginger Snaps 2: Unleashed" (2004) and "Ginger Snaps Back: The Beginning" (2004).
