Gettings pretty good results with a default weight of 1, and then going to 0.8 (more liberty on outfits) or to 1.2 (better looking face and fidelity of the character). Adding kendo training and shinai keywords in prompt helps to get her with the kendo outfit and a fighting pose.

As training pictures are only from the anime adaptation, you will also have a high chance to get the same "2000 anime style feeling".
